Horizontal Delta Blade Mixer, Interrupted Helical Blade (Ribbon) Mixers and low-shear Drum Blenders now in Australia

In a significant win for Brolton Group, We have been appointed exclusive Australian distributor for the UK-based John R Boone. The latter company designs and manufactures mixers and mixing systems that are used worldwide in the production of powders, granules, pastes and liquids.

Boone mixers and blenders feature in applications as diverse as welding flux, soap powders and heart tablets. Industries served include food, construction, minerals, chemicals, metallurgical and pharmaceutical.

John R Boone’s range of mixing, de-agglomeration and conveying equipment includes innovations such as the high-shear Horizontal Delta Blade Mixer, Interrupted Helical Blade (Ribbon) Mixers and low-shear Drum Blenders.

Bulk Ex - Materials and Bulk Handling exhibition

Brolton Group have recently displayed specialist industrial safety guarding at this years Bulk Ex exhibition. The display included a safety control system as well as guarding specifically designed to meet the requirements of the Safety of Machinery standard AS4024 : 2006.
During an interview with Brolton Group Sales Manager Mr Barry Elliot he explaines "Brolton Group can provide clients a full turnkey safety solution allowing them to concentrate on running the rest of the business, Its like having an inhouse safety specialist who is only a phone call away" 

The BulkEx exhibition allowed the lucky Brolton Group staff who were involved a chance to meet and greet a wide range of company representatives. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that popped in to say hi.

Environmental Project of the Year Award

The environmental Project of the year category rewarded a project displaying environmental sensitivity and innovation. In a closely contested category Brolton Group have emerged victorious. 
Winning this award reinforces Brolton Group's stand as leaders in this Enigneering field. 

I believe that it is our job as industry leaders to lead by example and show the general public new and positive ways of achieving sustainability. In summary we need to show that sustainability is possible in every industry. 

We must be aware that this requires some effort, when achieving sustainability it is not a case of applying a formula to an environment and presto you have your answers. It requires an investigation and a good look at the environment around you, the weather, location, water and energy usage etc.

Whether you believe that we are influencing the climate change that we are experiencing or not. The fact still remains that sustainable work practices are a positive for our environment, our economies, ourselves and our futures.

What do we do if we don’t innovate - we can  burry our heads in the sand and say “ let someone else do it”   We have always done it this way , why change? We can be complacent  or  we take up the challenge and become innovators.

As individuals and as a business we feel extremely honoured to receive this award as an industry endorsement of what Brolton Group has to offer. For the past decade Brolton Group has been working on projects ranging from small engineered solutions to state of the art turnkey manufacturing facilities. We pride ourselves in our versatility which allows us to accommodate a diverse range of projects. This particular project centralizes our clients’ manufacturing into one location - yielding greater production control and efficiencies arising from a technology refresh.

The award is testament to our industry’s recognition of progress and innovation. Ourselves like many of our competitors continually strive for excellence. Awards such as the prestigious Zenith Pace awards really allow us (allies and competitors) to come together and celebrate each other’s achievements.
